Her academic background reflects a solid legal education acquired both internationally and within Quebec. Holding a Bachelor of Laws from the State University of Haiti in Port-au-Prince, Me Toussaint also completed an equivalency program for her law degree at the Université de Montréal and holds two Master’s degrees from Université Laval in Quebec City, specifically in International and Transnational Law, and in Notarial Law.
Her practice focuses primarily on real estate law, business law, personal law, as well as certain immigration-related procedures. As the founder of ÉTUDE NOTARIALE TOUSSAINT, Me Toussaint is deeply committed to providing legal services that are accessible, efficient, and tailored to the actual needs of her clientele.
